Privacy policy.

This policy explains the information Atlas Intelligence uses to provide the assessment, free result, optional paid report, delivery, and access recovery.

Assessment and report information

Atlas stores an assessment session identifier, versioned question assignments, selected responses, response and section timestamps, completion state, and deterministic scoring results. If you purchase the optional report, Atlas stores the saved report snapshot and its version and integrity information so the report you received is not silently rewritten.

Purchase information

Atlas stores order, checkout, payment, product, currency, amount, refund, dispute, and entitlement records supplied by or correlated with the payment provider. Atlas does not ask you to enter payment-card details into Atlas pages; the hosted payment provider handles those details under its own privacy practices.

Email delivery and recovery

The purchase email is used to deliver and recover private report access. Atlas stores a keyed digest of the normalized email for matching rather than the plain address in its report-recovery binding. Access tokens are random, short-lived, stored only as hashes, and accepted once. Delivery records may include a provider message identifier and delivery status, but not report contents.

Support communications

If you contact support, Atlas and its email infrastructure process the information you voluntarily provide, such as the purchaser email or identity, transaction reference, and issue details. Atlas uses it to respond, verify purchase or access records, review refund questions, and troubleshoot delivery or report access. Support communications may be retained only as necessary for those purposes and applicable operational or legal requirements.

Essential cookies and optional measurement

Atlas uses essential, HTTP-only cookies to keep an assessment or recovered report associated with the browser. Atlas also records first-party product events such as landing, assessment, result, checkout-prompt, report-view, and download activity using journey or session identifiers.

Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement, and—when configured for the deployment—Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API are optional. Atlas applies a region-aware measurement model. For eligible United States visits, optional analytics and advertising measurement may load by default unless you opt out. For visits outside the United States, or when location cannot be determined, optional measurement remains off until you choose. Atlas honors Global Privacy Control signals by disabling optional measurement. Analytics-only choice remains Google Analytics-only; advertising storage, advertising user data, Meta measurement, and ad personalization remain denied. Ad personalization remains denied even when advertising measurement is active. You can opt out or change this setting at any time through the persistent Your Privacy Choices control.

When advertising measurement is allowed, Atlas may retain bounded Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid), a bounded Meta click identifier (fbclid), validated Meta browser identifiers (_fbc and _fbp), browser/device technical information such as the browser user agent, standard UTM campaign fields, the landing path, and a referring origin/path. Meta measurement, when enabled, may receive page and funnel activity plus the value and currency of a verified purchase through browser and server delivery.

Atlas does not send assessment answers, scores, role assignments, report content, recovery tokens, or purchaser email, phone, name, address, or IP address to Google or Meta measurement. Google Enhanced Conversions, Google Tag Manager, Meta Advanced Matching, Meta Custom Audiences, and remarketing are not enabled by this implementation.

Security and abuse prevention

Recovery requests use keyed digests of email and trusted network identifiers to enforce rate limits without storing the raw values in Atlas recovery records. Hosting infrastructure may separately process request information such as IP address, browser data, timestamps, and requested URLs for delivery, security, and operational logs.

Service providers

Atlas relies on service providers for website hosting, PostgreSQL database hosting, hosted payment processing, and transactional email delivery. They process the information needed to perform those services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention, refunds, and access

Atlas does not state a fixed retention period in this release. Records may be retained to provide report access, preserve transaction and report integrity, prevent abuse, resolve support issues, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. A full refund or terminal chargeback revokes report access; the saved report snapshot may remain stored as an immutable transaction record.

Questions about your information

You may contact Atlas to ask about privacy or records associated with your purchase. Atlas may need to verify the request before discussing private assessment, payment, or report information.
